These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the entity that owns the fh99 platform ("Platform") and all registered users ("User"). fh99 is an online casino and betting platform that provides entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

2.1 Age and Eligibility

To register and use fh99, a user must meet the following requirements:

• You will operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
• All information provided is true, accurate and complete.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create and operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts may be suspended or closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. fh99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to an account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit

Payment methods currently available for deposits on fh99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposits must be sent only from a payment account registered in the same name as the fh99 account holder. Use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited and such deposits will be rejected.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Before a withdrawal request is processed, identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed. fh99 may request the necessary documents.

• Withdrawals may only be made through the same method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if there is active bonus funds or unfulfilled wagering requirements.
• fh99 may apply additional verification steps for withdrawals involving suspicious transactions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users can receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. This bonus applies to the first deposit made after account registration.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the total amount of the deposit plus bonus must be wagered 10 times before the bonus funds become withdrawable. If the time limit for meeting the wagering requirement expires, the bonus may be cancelled.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• If fraud, multiple accounts or abuse is proven in connection with claiming a bonus, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses may not apply simultaneously unless specifically stated.
• fh99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the bonus program at any time.

The fh99 VIP program has four tiers in total. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to higher VIP tiers is determined based on regular and active gaming activity. fh99 reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms, and VIP tier status may be reviewed for inactive accounts.

The calculation and payment of cashback amounts is entirely at fh99's discretion. fh99 reserves the right to correct any incorrect amount credited due to a technical error.

fh99 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if proven, may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Deliberately placing bets with the intent to abuse bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's software or systems.
• Playing using automated bots or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Providing false identity or committing fraud during the verification process.
• Participating in collusion or match-fixing against other users.

fh99 may immediately suspend an account and freeze the associated funds upon detecting any suspicious activity. The suspension will remain in effect until the investigation is complete.

After receiving a complaint, fh99 will complete an investigation within a reasonable time and inform the user. For technical gaming disputes, provider logs and server records will be used as the basis for the final decision.

If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through the internal process, the matter may be referred to a third party for resolution with the agreement of both parties.

To the extent permitted by law, fh99 will not be liable for the following:

A user may request account closure at any time through our support team. The opportunity to withdraw all eligible balances will be provided before the account is closed, subject to the terms and conditions.

fh99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Prolonged account inactivity.
• Legal obligations or regulatory instructions.
• Suspicion of illegal activity.

Eligible balances of accounts closed for legitimate reasons will be returned. However, in cases of terms violations, bonuses and related winnings may be cancelled.
